HXCKDEV sells digital FiveM/GTA V resources including MLOs, scripts, vehicles, open-source resources, clothing, and other server assets. All products are delivered digitally.

After completing your purchase, you may be required to join our official Discord and open a support ticket. You must provide your Shopify order confirmation or purchase screenshot for verification. Once your order is verified, our team will provide the purchased resource through the applicable delivery method.

If you experience an issue with a purchased resource, open a Discord support ticket and provide your order details, screenshots, videos, or relevant error information. Our team will review the issue and assist with troubleshooting where possible.

If a genuine issue with a purchased resource cannot be resolved, HXCKDEV may offer a same-price or equivalent replacement resource, subject to team approval and availability.

Cash refunds, partial refunds, and payment reversals are not provided.

Issues caused by incorrect installation, configuration, missing dependencies, third-party resources, server setup, or customer modifications are not considered product defects.

Customers are responsible for checking product descriptions, requirements, compatibility, and included features before purchasing. HXCKDEV is not responsible for issues caused by incompatible frameworks, outdated server versions, or unsupported configurations.

Purchased resources are licensed for use on your own FiveM server(s). Redistribution, resale, leaking, or sharing of purchased resources in any form is strictly prohibited and may result in permanent bans and legal action.

Some HXCKDEV products may include or be based on open-source components. Where applicable, credits and license information are included with the resource. Open-source components remain subject to their respective licenses.

Support is provided through the official HXCKDEV Discord server. Response times may vary. Support covers installation guidance and product-specific issues. Support does not cover custom modifications, third-party framework issues, or general FiveM server setup.

Chargebacks or payment disputes raised without first contacting HXCKDEV support will be considered fraudulent. HXCKDEV reserves the right to terminate access and pursue recovery of disputed amounts. Abusive behaviour toward staff will result in immediate removal from support channels.

HXCKDEV may collect the following information:

• Name and email address
• Shopify order details and payment/order information
• Information voluntarily provided through Discord support tickets

This information is used for:

• Order processing and verification
• Digital product delivery
• Customer support and resolving product issues
• Fraud prevention and order-related communication

Complete payment card details are processed by Shopify/payment providers and are not intentionally stored by HXCKDEV. Customer information is not sold or publicly shared. Necessary sharing with trusted service providers required to operate the store, process payments, deliver products, or provide support is permitted.
